Thank you for reviewing my policies. When you are ordering something online, I know it's important to have plenty of information about the item and the seller. No one wants to feel uncertain about the quality of either.
In all of my item listings, I try to be as clear as possible about the details of the item, describing fabrics used, colors, and inner structure. My listings include photographs that are well lit, and are taken from a variety of angles to give you the impression of holding the item in your hand.
In my policies below, I hope to give you as much information as I can about how I run my business. I have provided information about payment, shipping, and refunds. So read them through, and please feel free to contact me if you have any questions at all!
My online store accepts all major credit cards, including MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. I also accept PayPal and Apple Pay.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING: For most shipments, I use USPS priority mail, which includes a tracking number. My current domestic shipping charges are based on price and shipping destination.
Please note: all shipping costs are estimates. If there is a difference between the final cost of shipping and what you paid, I will refund you the difference.
All orders are shipped as soon as possible, usually within 1-3 days of receipt of payment. After I have shipped your purchase, you will receive an email with your tracking information.
All bags are made from start to finish by myself. I strive to create a product that meets the high standards expected of handcrafted workmanship. If there is a problem with an item’s quality or if you are unhappy with your purchase for any other reason, please contact me immediately and we can work together to find a solution.
Due to the nature of ordering online, I am happy to offer full refunds within 2 weeks of your receiving your item or an exchange within 2 months. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once your return/exchange is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you and let you know if your refund/exchange has been accepted. If you are approved, your refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a week.
If items are to be returned or exchanged, shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. If you are shipping me a return, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
I am a one woman operation. I design, cut, iron, and sew all of my bags myself. I am also the only person doing the photography, graphic and web design, and packaging and shipping. Items posted in my shop are ready-made and are almost always ready to ship in 1-3 days of payment. If I am unable to ship in this time frame, I will let you know as soon as I receive the order.
