Spring Design Release: the Patch Pocket Tote

by Liz Sabo February 27, 2015

No matter where you live, February has been a rough month, weather wise. Almost everyone is saying the same thing: they are ready for spring.

The New Tote

While I can’t make the weather warmer, I can bring a little bit of figurative sunshine into the mix with my brand new Patch Pocket Tote. It is such a fun bag. Each tote is hand printed with happy polka dots or fancy diagonal strips. One of several new screen printed designs for this spring, the Patch Pocket Tote is a beautiful combination of eye-catching pattern and easy utility. The design is based on a simple tote with clean style lines, but its high quality materials and carefully crafted details let the Patch Pocket Tote stand out.

Superb Fabric

I am once again using my new fabric love: army duck canvas. This gorgeous canvas is both smooth and incredibly strong. It has densely woven fibers that are imbedded with wax, making it water-repellent. Yet, despite the sturdy weave and wax finish, the fabric remains soft to the touch.

Plenty of Pockets

The front, as well as being hand printed with a geometric pattern, features a patch pocket with an invisible magnetic snap. The pocket is designed to snugly fit a smart phone, even the larger ones. But don’t worry, magnets won’t damage the modern smartphone. The fully lined inside also has multiple pockets, including a zipper pocket.

The new Patch Pocket Tote makes me super happy. (So happy, I’ve already had to grab one for myself.) And because of how much I love it, I wanted to share it with you right away. The totes are up in the online shop, but currently I only have two or three of the styles in stock – so the listing is made to order, with up to 2 weeks before shipping (though probably less). If you’re like me, and need some polka dots or stripes in your winter life – get your order in right away.

Happy end of February! And stay warm!
